We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. You will be responsible for Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service, NEW KIA CERTIFIED , NEW KIA PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, Achieving established goals, provide a variety of services, from helping customers pick out new or pre-owned vehicles while providing excellent customer satisfaction. You Responsibilities are Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis “Go the extra mile” to drive sales Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas Actively seek out customers in store Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Process POS (point of sale) purchases Cross sell products Handle returns of merchandise Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service Build productive trust relationships with customers Comply with inventory control procedures NEW KIA CERTIFIED NEW KIA PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE Job Types: Full-time, Commission Salary: $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year Location: Savannah, GA (Required) Additional Compensation: Commission Bonuses Store Discounts Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Flexible schedule
