We have an exciting opportunity for highly motivated Help Desk/IT Support Officers to join the Information Systems Team on a 6 month fixed-term contract. Shift work will be required to provide support to our restaurants across their trading hours. Responsibilities: Maintaining and supporting restaurant systems Responding and resolving restaurant technology issues in a timely manner Liaising with external vendors and escalating calls as necessary Maintaining excellent relationships with restaurant management and franchisees Supporting Restaurant Management to build know how and technology capability among our restaurant teams Skills and Experience: Information Systems tertiary degree highly regarded but not required Previous experience in an Information Systems Help Desk role is highly regarded Previous experience in Macromatix and Point of Sale systems is preferred Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to perform in a fast paced/high volume environment Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus About KFC We like to do things a little differently.
