We need your creative mindset and valuable experience to make a remarkable movement. https://www.artus.com.hk Job Responsibilities: Supervise our Foreman and Technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department Ensure smooth and efficient operations and maintenance of the plant, equipment, facilities and related systems of the property Monitor and coordinate the services performed by the contractor in accordance with all contracts, leases, service agreements and warranties Respond to day to day maintenance requests from guests and cope with emergency and severe situation Carry out ad-hoc and special assignments as required Job Requirement: Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with similar capacity which is at least 3 years supervisory role Holder of Electrical Worker License of Grade A or above and Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate are requested Strong problem solving skills and able to meet strict timeline Previous pre-opening experience is a plus We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
