Employment Type: Temporary Part Time up to 30 June 2020 Position Classification: Admin Off Lvl 3 Remuneration: $30.05 - $31.04 p.h Hours Per Week: 8 Requisition ID: REQ150365 Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network is a state-wide Specialty Health Network delivering health care to adults and young people in contact with the forensic mental health and criminal justice systems across community, inpatient and custodial settings. The Clinical Support Officer (CSO) role provides clerical and administrative support to the local healthcare team under the direction and supervision of the Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) and/or Nurse Manager (NM). Additional Allowances apply to this position - $ 3.5569 per hour Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified for this position following suitable labour market testing. Hold or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration Demonstrates excellent communication skills that include accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and the ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels. Possesses ability in word processing, spreadsheet, database software and other computer applications. Exhibits strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Demonstrates capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
