In the last two years we have launched two new divisions; Operations and Executive. They share our DNA for providing a unique strategy to recruitment, finding the hidden gems that other agencies can’t. JITR is split into four divisions; Technology Technology consists of two divisions, one supporting candidates from entry level to 3rd line and one focusing on senior roles. With exclusive access to the top graduates from Just IT’s Professional Programme, an extensive network of Just IT alumni and passive candidates built up over 15 years. Development Development is also split into two divisions, one for junior candidates and Just IT Training’s Developers Programme and one working with established mid and senior level candidates. Both cover a wide range of languages and specialisms with our market mapping ensuring we can access skillsets across the UK and Europe. Executive Executive uses bespoke solutions to find the candidate with the capabilities (and more) to move your company forward. The roles we typically hire for are Heads Of, Directors and CTO’S/ CIO’s/ CEO’s. Operations Operations has grown from our expertise, experience and demand from clients. This division covers the full spectrum of roles including HR, Finance, Business Administration and Marketing.
