REPORTING TO: Front Of House Manager and supervisors FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Hosting Working on reception Managing golfing experience and golf courses Controlling group sizes Managing crazy golf golf equipment Meeting H&S standards Delivering outstanding customer service Providing a unique customer journey Greet and guide customers IF YOU FIT OUR CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE THEN WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU: Previous experience in a similar role Excellent customer service skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. Enthusiastic and positive in dealing with customers. * Ability to build rapport with customers.
