Whom we're looking for We are looking for a designer to assist Juniper as we expand our company to reach greater heights in the e-commerce and media industry. We need someone who is a self-driven creative able to take initiative in projects that reflect both the companies brand and your creative taste. You can get projects done as part of a team while still working remotely. You’re comfortable with a variety of projects and scopes of creative work, and you tackle these projects with efficiency and quality. You have practice and experience in working with teams to bring ideas to life, and you have previous experience to reflect that. What you’ll do For Our Current Clients You will work on designing products for some of the internets largest influencers that will be shipped and sold across the world. You will work with our operations team to create sketches, product designs, and manufacturing blueprints for our YouTube and Instagram influencers, and agencies. After developing these new product lines, you will work on creating digital ads, banners, animated videos, and other incredible assets for our marketing campaigns. Although much of our team is remote, you’ll work closely with many different members to iterate ideas, as well as come up with your ideas to create awesome and fun products to improve the quality of each store. For Prospective Clients You will work directly with the sales team to create unique product designs in line with a prospective creator’s brand, as a way of showing them what we would want to make together. These products and/or website designs will be sent to prospects in an attempt to land their business. You will need to create compelling product pitches that showcase a clear knowledge of each creator’s brand and do so within a deadline. What you’ll bring Ability to identify and develop specific branding and styles from influencers Design and develop new products based on the influencers branding Create manufacturing blueprints and finalized product drawings for various products such as apparel, subscription boxes, plushies, figurines, toys, backpacks, etc. Highly involved with digital marketing by creating social media ads, YouTube banners, store banners, and other forms of public-facing media Must be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator) Prepare product images to be displayed on our Shopify stores, or to be used as an asset for other projects related to that influencer/organization Create high-quality work within a specific deadline, without sacrificing attention to detail or effectiveness Experience in digital drawing, painting, sketching, and any other forms of expressing creative ideas and communicating them to the rest of the team Good communication skills, especially via messaging since this is a remote position Experience editing product listing images. Highly creative and willing to inject your creative style into each project Bonus – Knowledge of the influencer space (Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, etc.) Bonus – Knowledge of the Shopify and E-commerce industry Bonus – Experience creating animations in Adobe After Effects (or other similar programs) Bonus – Experience making creative presentations and website layouts Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour Experience: Design: 1 year (Preferred)
