This role offers a competitive salary alongside a generous benefits package Legal Administrator Job Description We are looking for a Legal Administrator to join our London office to contribute to the effectiveness of the Aviation team by providing a comprehensive and efficient support to internal and external clients. Your main responsibilities will include undertaking file closure and archiving, dealing accurately with filing, deal with administrative requirements in relation to files, the preparation for signature of all documentation and correspondence, as well as any other general administrative tasks as required on an ad-hoc basis. Our ideal candidate will have some prior administrative experience in a legal or professional services environment, with the ability to communicate at all levels, strong organisational skills, good IT literacy and typing ability, and good problem-solving skills. Beyond this, we are looking for someone who is passionate and hard-working, enthusiastic, and brings a "can-do" attitude to all their work. Key Tasks Deal accurately with filing - storage and retrieval of client files in line with the department's filing system and locating missing files Undertake any other duties which from time to time may be allocated General administrative and selective tasks Deal with administrative requirements in relation to files for all members of the team Assist with postal duties in the morning and in an evening About the Company We are a global law firm with expertise in dispute resolution and advisory services.
