You are: An enthusiastic candidate with proven academic abilities and the genuine desire for a career in the area of debt recovery within Finance, Utilities or Local Authority. As an able and committed team player you enjoy legal research and are committed to managing legal proceedings in order to recover debts owed to client companies, in line with service level agreements and individual and team targets. You also have a practical problem-solving approach to your work and the ability to think creatively whilst working quickly and efficiently. You are naturally empathic and understand the importance of interacting with clients in a supportive manner in clear terms which are easily understood. You have: Educated to GCSE standard grade A-C in Mathematics and English (or equivalent) ILEX Legal Executive Diploma Level 3 or above (desirable) Qualifying Law Degree and Legal Practice Course (desirable) Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail You will: Gain comprehensive experience and training in Claims and Enforcement dealing with matters relating to debt recovery within Finance, Utilities or Local Authority with a very friendly and experienced team of partners, solicitors and support staff.
