Job Summary: To plan and encourage individuals, SMEs and corporations to become a platform seller of payment cards and other related products; Effectively manage the seller and its total supply chain in order to drive profit in line with the agreed financial parameters and strategy. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and agree plans in partnership with the retailer shops that achieve sales and profit targets and its implementation Evaluate market and customer information together with historical data and forward trends to develop suitable strategy for execution. Build lasting relationship with on-boarded merchants and continuously seek opportunities to deepen merchant relationship with existing and prospective retail shops Manage product promotional activity with the Seller Continuously monitor market activity, through regular competitor website or on-site visits, gathering market intelligence from a wide variety of sources. Agree and deliver promotional and marketing plans, optimizing sales and profit Identify and regularly review potential sellers and negotiate commercially viable contracts Build and maintain effective working relationships with sellers Measure products’ performance against agreed quality standards and take necessary action with sellers Manage and resolve such seller concerns that may arise from the partnership Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Advertising/Media, Business Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent. At least 1-3 yrs of working experience in the related field.
