About the role Exciting opportunities exists for experienced, energetic and passionate Hospitality professionals to join Great Southern Rail's on-train team and become brand ambassador of the incredible experiences we bring to life. We are seeking candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, that are passionate and proud of the service they deliver and consistently willing to go above and beyond for our guests. Requirements As a Hospitality Attendant you are responsible for delivering high quality service and providing exceptional guest service experiences on and off the train. Your duties can vary with each journey to Sydney, Perth or Darwin, the diverse range of duties include: Ala carte restaurant service; Bar and lounge service including table service; Housekeeping on-train carriages; Luggage handling; Concierge services at each arriving and departing terminal; and Act as a host for guests on off-train excursions. Skills and experience These positions are physically demanding and will require you to work on your feet for long periods of time. You will also be required to work away from home for up to 7 days at a time. Formal qualifications and or experience in Hospitality, ala carte or fining dining service environments is highly regarded.
