As Sr. Executive R M Warehouse, you will be reporting to the Deputy Manager - Warehouse, and your job will include: Application deadline: 05/02/2020 Employer: Jotun Town/city: Ranjangaon Title: Sr. Executive R M Warehouse Full-time/part-time: Full-time Employment type: Permanent position Percentage of full-time: 100 Webcruiter ID: 4183522493 Positions: 1 Duties and responsibilities Develop and implement respective continuous improvement strategies and KPI’s goals for warehouse functions and follow up on the achievement of these departmental objectives. Initiate improvement programs including 5S in order to streamline all operation activities with LEAN thinking and JOTUN operations system (JOS). Establish budgets, review budgetary statements and administer control for the Ware house. Work closely with production planning team/demand planning for Daily/monthly/quarterly forecasts, review stock items minimum balance statements and follow up on minimum balances of Raw Material especially with high lead time Manage, coach, motivate, develop & evaluate employee’s performance. Maintaining FIFO discipline and control expiry of raw material with effective utilization of reporting tools.
