Hybrid Reception role Mayfair £30K THE CLIENT Our client is a boutique Asset Management firm based in Mayfair. Everyone that works here are super friendly, collaborative and highly driven individuals. As there are only 17 in the office, everyone has a real muck in attitude and no job is too small. THE ROLE Based on Reception, you will also be fully immersed in the company and will assist with other projects, which will include building and office management and providing team assistant support to the investment team. The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Reception Greet investors and other visitors Answer, screen and direct incoming calls Maintain meeting spaces, keep them clean and tidy Book, allocate and set up meeting rooms Make arrangements for catering for client breakfasts/lunches and other events Office Assistant Order and restock weekly kitchen and office supplies Office maintenance Assist in coordinating business functions, events, company offsites Assist with new joiner set up Team Assistant Manage diaries and meetings Help to organise investment & research trips (booking flights, hotels and transportation) Process expenses THE CANDIDATE Attitude is the most important thing! The ideal candidate will be assertive, a self-starter and most importantly proactive. Some previous office experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
