Ref: Aberdeen Head Office Working Hours Salary Upon Application Location Aberdeen Closing Date 29/03/2020 Aberdeen We are currently searching for a Social Media Executive to join our team. Reporting directly to Head of Digital, the Social Media Executive will be responsible for the improvement of Social Media strategy for the John Clark Motor Group. The appointed Social Media Executive will be responsible for the success of effective social media campaigns which increase engagement, reach and social followers, ensure great return on the social media investment and driving customer engagement through to enquiry. Responsibilities: Daily management of social media campaigns, including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Youtube and Group Blog to insure brand communication and business objectives are met. Manage the group Youtube channel to ensure franchise playlists are up to date with relevant and engaging video content. Ensure Group social channels are populated with fresh and relevant social content. Assist the HR department with regular recruitment social posts to attract new applicants. Manage budgets effectively to minimise any campaign overspend Monthly review of social media channels to ensure any new channels created are managed via Crowd Control. Daily management of Facebook incoming messages, comments and reviews. Daily management of Twitter tags and messages. Provide consistent feedback on learnings and best practice Work closely with the social media champions at the dealerships to produce high quality content Review alternative social media platforms to identify potential opportunity for the group to improve followers and social reach. Utilise industry tools to analyse performance and trends to highlight opportunities and improvements. Provide dealership management with a monthly social media planner by the start of each month containing the planned content for the relevant month. Provide marketing team and dealership management with a monthly report detailing the social media performance and return on investment. Requirements: Degree in marketing or related field preferred Previous digital marketing experience and a basic understanding of Social Media Knowledge of analytical tools e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager Good verbal and written skills A passion for digital marketing with an up to date understanding of latest trends.
