About the program Business Support Services is responsible for financial administration, human resources and operations of Jesuit Social Services. About the role Working within a small and supportive team, the Management Accountant will provide support across the various business areas in the organisation, including the RTO sector, government grant based programs, community services and hospitality. This includes month-end journals, year-end accounts, acquittals, budgeting, and forecast modelling. This is a full time role, located at Central Office in Richmond. Candidate requirements This role will suit a candidate with the following skills and experience: Highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical and communication skills, with a passion for continual business improvement Tertiary qualified with current CPA/CAA membership (or studying towards obtaining qualifications and membership) Demonstrated experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting Understanding and experience with accounting packages and spreadsheets is essential (Dynamics AX and MAGIQ Reporting experience will be highly regarded)
