Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: Oversee entire construction projects and execute on time delivery within budget Manage contractors and construction materials Schedule and estimate project completion time to ensure that projects are completed within specified time Manage works with Safety and Quality on top priority and ensure that all safety precautions are adhered to by the construction team Handle stakeholders relationships with a collaborative approach Report to Site Project Manager Overview on Compliance and Government Regulations Obtain and ensure the necessary licenses or permits for each construction stages Desired Skills and Experience: Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent. Minimum 12 years of experience in civil/construction projects with proven safety records At least 5 years experience working directly as a Construction Manager within Petrochemical and Process Projects Meticulous with leadership/problem-solving skills/qualities Good communication and interpersonal skills Well versed in AutoCAD and Primavera P6
