Responsibilities of the position · Process and/or backup inside sales, outside sales, including quotes, estimating, customer order review, sales, material test reports, etc. with JobBoss · Process and/or backup customer delivery, including customs documentation, returns, etc. · Process Internet (Jayne web-site) inquiries, including downloading of drawings. · Maintain & update parts price lists as required. · Answer enquiries regarding customer orders and their status · Maintain & improve existing customer relations · Assist with answering sales telephone calls as required · Other duties as assigned ISO 9001 Responsibilities · As outlined in the Quality Policy & Procedures Manual, manage the responsibilities of the inside sales personnel. Preferred Equipment & Software Requirements · MS Office / MS Excel / MS Word / MS Outlook / JobBOSS Mfg. System · Precision Measuring Equipment / CAD Preferred Qualification & Training Requirement · Sound ability to read & write English · Advanced computer skills and Internet & E-mail proficiency · Sound ability to use measuring equipment and perform advanced measurements. · Sound ability to perform advanced mathematical calculations · Sound ability to interpret engineering drawings · Sound knowledge of customs export/import documentation & procedures, preferred · Sound ability to communicate effectively with other · Minimum 5 years experience working in a similar environment, preferred Reference ID: JI-SA20-01 Contract length: 24 months Job Types: Full-time, Contract Experience: manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
