Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities Lead and oversee facilities management activities, which include M & E services of the building Lead a team of technicians in controlling and implementing operations Supervise and support routine maintenance shutdown activities Provide supervision to site staff and contractors in planning, coordination and execution of service project to ensure on time delivery Preparation of monthly report meeting internal/ external requirements and timely escalation of critical issues Assist in managing cost and in negotiation of pricing with the vendors and subcontractors in the operation and maintenance Requirements Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Facilities Management or its equivalent At least 5 years of experience in Facility/Building Maintenance services, including technical support of chillers, ACMV equipment, electrical system comprises of Distribution Board, Switchboard, Generators, electrical controls, BMS and BAS, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection System Strong leadership skill and customer-centric Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Shift work required Only Singaporeans
