Attend to park users’ enquiries over the counter, hotline & emails, needs concerning park’s facilities, filming, garden allotments & outreach activities. Involvement in Gardeners’ Day Out events in HortPark monthly House keeping, lost & found and key press of Visitor Service Counter Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors for all events logistic and facility management within Nparks. Arrangement of guided tours for the parks. Suggestive selling for weddings, corporate or social events package. Administer for all administration work for Nparks (eg. reporting, invoices, payment and etc.). Ensure the visiting area is clean and tidy at all time. Ad-hoc operational support as per request by Nparks and manager. Job Requirements Best to have interest in nature Candidates possess at least an “O” level education with 1-2 years working experiences in managing venue; Candidates possess strong interpersonal skill, customer service oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills; Able to work independently with minimum supervision; Able to multi-task and thrive within a fast-paced and highly challenging environment; Able to work on fixed operational hours - Weekends and public holidays if necessary; Strong analytical and suggestive & negotiation skills; Retiree with administration experiences are welcome to apply; Proficient in MS Office applications.
