We are is seeking a Customer Support Representative This position requires a hardworking, detail-oriented applicant with an educational or experiential background in Customer Service within the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will work in our Customer Service Department with a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to; Generate sales orders and production orders to maintain stock levels Maintain inventory min/max levels for finished products and raw materials Responsible for tracking production orders Maintain effective communication and work relationships with customers and sales representatives Completion of shipping and receiving documents Scheduling freight shipments Timely forwarding of reports and documentation to managers and supervisors Perform all other related duties as required Proficient in all Microsoft applications Knowledge in the following areas is beneficial: Quotation processes, sample order processing, production processes, Kanban process and customer satisfaction and returned goods process.
