Responsibilities The Project Manager is required to provide technical support on planning, design and implementation of a wide range of retrofitting, upgrading and outfitting of our existing facilities. You will review improvement/R&R work plans, initiate project and collate scope of work with operation teams to deliver project solutions that support the operational model. You will establish project team from various department, prepare, call, evaluate and award consultancy and construction tender. You will perform design reviews submitted by consultants and contractors with the Facilities Management team during the design and construction stage. You will monitor construction progress and management of timeline, monitor change request and variation orders, liaise with FM/Cluster for testing and commissioning (T&C), hand/take over and monitor defects during defects liability period. Requirements Background in Engineering (C&S / M&E) or Architecture, preferably with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
