Employees working in this position shall be having the following JR 1.Complete Finance and Accounts 2.Entire responsibility from Voucher entry to finalisation of accounts. 3.All Taxation matters 4.All Statutory Filings 5.All Finance and Accounts related MIS 6.Budgeting / Forecasting 7.Project Management WRT to Accounts related Planning and tracking of payments. 8.Complete Admin management 9.Full n Final Settlement 10.Salary Processing 11.Support to clients on Salary n Statutory matters. 12.Working on JSM Product for all HR, Payroll, Statutory matters. 13.Coordination with Software teams for project planning and follow up. 14.Coordination with clients for payments. Skill Set Desired 1.Tally 2.Complete Finance and Accounts Functional Knowledge 3.Complete Statutory Functional Knowledge – Income Tax, CTS, VTA, Service Tax, PF, ESI, And Professional Tax. 4.Project based accounting. 5.Excel 6.Power point 7.Outlook 8.Excellent spoken and written English Skills 9.Organizational Skills. 10.Time Management Skills 11.Typing Skills Desired Candidate Profile 1.Education – A Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounts. Some education in Computers is also preferred. 2.Experience – 1 to 4 years’ experience 3.Desired soft skills – Commitment, dependability, team work, Consistency, Ability to withstand pressure on tight deadline projects, Punctuality, Disciplined, Ethical behaviour, delivering as per client deadlines Selection Process Round 1 - Initial HR Round Round 2 - Face to Face – FunctionalRound. Round 3 – Final Top Management Interview Round 4 – Final HR Round and Finalisation of Employment terms and conditions.
