Primary Responsibilities: Manages all commercial matters related to cargo. Ensures operational concerns are addressed in coordination with the cargo ground handlers. Maintains and expands the business in Hong Kong through a business development plan. This includes study of the changes in market conditions for opportunities to generate new breaks or prospects. Sets annual budget and prepares a detailed annual business plan to achieve the revenue targets. Represents the company in all cargo-related events and activities, as well establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners. Monitors and complies with regulatory requirements related to cargo and inform head office of any material changes. Qualifications: Must be a graduate of at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field related to Business Economics, Business Administration, Tourism, etc. Must have a strong professional background in Cargo sales for at least five (5) years experience. Must have held a supervisory or managerial position. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese). Willing to be based in Hong Kong.
