Experience: 2 - 4 Year Job Type: Full Time/ Permanent Required Knowledge: Responsible for end to end recruitment for Middle and Senior level IT positions to fulfill the internal requirements of the company. Posting vacancies on the job portals, company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally and Mass Mailing to reach out to a maximum qualified pool of candidates. Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Managing the database, Candidate Trackers and MIS reports on a daily and weekly basis. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire. Basic computer skills like Word, Excel experience preferred and Strong keyboarding skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Basic Qualification Graduation from any technical Stream.
