Job Summary We are looking for a Sales Manager with minimum 5 years of relevant real estate experience in Sales. Responsibilities and Duties Marketing and Sales Planning. Proactively engage with prospective Buyers,advise them the right choice and suggest relevant Options,Facilitate Site Visit, Negotiation and closure of the transaction. These activities need to be undertaken through lead generation, through web portal, networking, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units. Research on new / upcoming projects through internet, newspapers and other sources. Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development.
