The Role: We are looking for an HR Manager to join our People team and support our fast growing organization. As the UK HR Manager, you will be responsible for all HR processes in our London office (~10 employees and growing) - from onboarding, to training, to culture and coaching. The Team: The People Team at Iterable is motivated by the desire to empower and elevate all employees at Iterable so everyone can grow to their full potential. We pride ourselves on our excellent internal customer service and enabling our employees so they can be successful. You will be supported by and learn from your peers in our Denver and San Francisco offices. In total, the global People team is 15 people strong! We collaborate on all projects and support each other. In order to maximize the time you have with our US peers, we may ask you to flex your working hours every once in a while. Your peers in the US will do the same! Position Details: Partner with managers to drive all People programs and procedures for the UK, such as onboarding, engagement surveys, performance check-ins, career development and offboarding. Educate employees and managers on local employment laws, best practices and company policies and programs. Coach UK managers to be world-class people managers by offering guidance. Present and train employees on HR programs. Address and resolve employee questions, concerns, or grievances quickly, amicably and with empathy. Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations and Learning & Development on projects and organizational changes. Drive and project manage special projects. Manage our UK visa process, serve as the Authorising Officer and ensure top-notch customer service and compliance. Meet and greet candidates for interviews, coordinate interview calls and lunches, and provide a first class candidate experience. Partner with the workplaces team in the US to ensure a fun and inclusive work space and experience for all employees. Identify and recommend continuous improvements to HR programs and processes to drive efficiencies and enhance the employee experience. It's a small office so we'll need you to be present in the office during working hours. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience working on a team of HR professionals in an HR Generalist or HR Manager capacity. You are a people person and build lasting relationships easily. You roll up your sleeves to execute a full range of HR duties - from program design, to problem solving, to execution. You are a true HR pro who understands the importance of confidentiality. You are a team player who easily collaborates with peers across time zones to get the job done. You are organized, have strong attention to detail, and always follow through on your commitments. You have a proven track record of independently driving projects to completion. Your verbal and written communication skills are top notch. You embody Iterable's core values--humility, trust, balance, and growth mindset. Bonus Points: Ideally you have a CIPD qualification or are working towards one.
