Role Purpose Lead the design and development of all visual content for IsDB in line with its overall marketing strategy. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead the creation of all creative content for IsDB Ensure the IsDB visual brand is protected through adherence to the brand guidelines Develop a new framework for IsDB communications and marketing materials, in line with the IsDB brand guidelines Partner with colleagues and internal stakeholders on fully integrated campaigns, advising on design concept and delivery as appropriate Secure buy-in from senior internal stakeholders on the concept and identity for specific campaigns, alongside marketing colleagues Manage resource as required Manage relationships with suppliers, such as print companies or freelancers JOB REQUIREMENTS Academic qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts or related fields Languages English (Mandatory) Arabic (Preferred) French (Preferred) Minimum number of years and nature of experience 5-7 years in a design role for a global organisation or business, with demonstrated success Examples of successful creative design campaigns Must be proficient in Adobe creative suite, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Strong interest in creative design Job specific competencies Ability to quickly respond to a brief and deliver content that satisfies creative and strategic objectives Ability to work to quick turnaround times High attention to detail and quality control Understanding and knowledge on the latest design trends and software Experience working as part of a larger marketing team Protect and promote the IsDB brand identity through, ensuring it is consistent Location Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Head Office
