We currently have a permanent position available for our next HR Director! This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the President. You will be responsible for driving the HR Strategy and Programs to maintain a high performing, developed, and engaged work force across Invetech's global operations. Key responsibilities: Create and execute HR strategies that supports revenue growth and operating margin objectives throughout Invetech's global team. Drive annual organizational talent assessment processes to ensure our organizational design and people capability can deliver on the company’s strategic initiatives Act as business partner and internal executive coach to senior leaders and managers Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts, assists senior management in the development of integrated solutions through cultural and process improvement initiatives Attract, develop, retain and reward high quality talent to build a continuous pipeline to support growth objectives, opportunities and strategies of the company. Help evolve Invetech’s culture, including driving employee engagement to enable a high performing workforce that contributes to strategic growth Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring Fortive policies compliance. Responsible for managing complex employee relations and compliance issues through a systematic approach. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations. Analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, policies and practices. Implement key Fortive/Invetech global HR processes and programs.
