Job Scope: To oversee sales and marketing aspect of the day to day transactions, and process to ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy. Duties & Responsibilities: Need to work for Real Estate projects. Selling home and investment products to the buyer. Need to be sharp and communicative towards the approach. Need to be a team player. Need to have Indian real estate market experience. Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums. Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events. Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives. Need to be open to relocate to new avenues and open to grab a new opportunities across Abu dhabi, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi. Experience & Qualifications Requirements: At least 1 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate sales,selling Indian properties to NRI's. ONLY INDIANS CAN APPLY !!!
