We are currently looking for a health care support worker who is caring, enthusiastic and flexible to support a 1 year old child with complex needs in her own home in Worthing. Full training will be given. The successful candidate would be expected to work with our patient on a one to one, but the parent will be in the house and are fully supportive, you will be providing clinical care. The successful candidate will be a caring, compassionate and calm person, with a great sense of responsibility and commitment. Experience would be desirable but with the great training and education programme that all new staff receive you will soon have the skills and confidence to provide the highest quality care.
