You manage 48 super skilled SW colleagues In your new job, you will be the pivotal anchor point for 48 software engineers located in Middelfart and Poland. You will be responsible for the entire team in Denmark and Poland and have a local team leader in Poland to handle the daily management. In order to be able to perform in your new position, we imagine that you probably have a degree at MSc level within software engineering, computer science or equivalent - combined with years of experience working with software development and leadership.
