Job Description As the Director of Education and Knowledge Management, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our clients, and our internal teams, with the information and learning they need to successfully use our solutions and achieve their desired business outcomes. Reporting to the Vice-President of Professional Services, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a world-class outcome-driven learning strategy, and for driving a culture within the organization conducive to learning, knowledge creation, and sharing. This will require defining and executing strategic learning and knowledge management initiatives, processes, and systems to ensure that our customers, and the organization, consistently and effectively get the right information to and from the right person at the right time. Define and execute an education and knowledge management strategy to support the business objectives of Intelerad and our clients, maximizing adoption and satisfaction; Develop content strategies and lead teams of technical writing, and instructional design professionals; Develop Education Services as a P&L center. Develop, improve, and measure efficacy of internal and customer-facing Learning Portal (LMS) and Knowledge base; Maintain, measure, and report on key KPIs and revenue goals, and ensure high client satisfaction ratings with Intelerad’s education and knowledge management offerings.
