Our client ranks among one of the top medical device companies with an established global presence. They are seeking a Marketing Programs Coordinator to coordinate and organize professional education programs and to provide marketing support to the regional team in APAC. Responsibilities: Support and assist implementation plans required to support the clinical training and education program Assist and support teams in the creation and execution of training development programs, advisory boards, Physician-to-Physician Meetings, physician society events, workshops and development of global education training website program. Assist with the design, planning, implementation, resource allocation and evaluation of the documentation components of the educational activities. Assist with budgets, invoicing, cross charging and overseeing tracking of cross charges. Assist in development of training materials, manuals and documentation. Make sure that training materials together with instructional methods are current and aligned with the event goals and outcomes. Gather and prepare feedback and reports on training groups, targets and accomplishments Assist with compliant reporting medium’s to track achievement of objectives related to clinical training and education of the various product portfolios. Support in defining the program process and keys to success driving consistency in strong branding and messaging. Liaison and assist with the global teams Working closely regional marketing department and providing administrative marketing support. Collaborating with the regional marketing managers, internal teams, clients and partners on regional marketing programs. Support in creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations. Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing. Organizing and supporting market research initiatives.
