_Job Title: Training Consultant_ _*Location: *_East Riding of Yorkshire Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (+ Bonus Scheme) The Overview: We have an exciting, and desirable role for a Training Consultant to join a well-known, prestigious company based in the East Riding of Yorkshire that is looking to hire an ambitious individual to bring their knowledge and experience in Training. You must be a highly motivated and confident individual, to join this team where you will be responsible for overseeing face-to-face induction training for the Nationwide sales staff. The Company: * Located in the East Riding of Yorkshire, our client is a large organisation that operates with the Retail and Manufacture Industry, they are looking to have a Training Consultant to join their thriving and growing company. The Role: * As a Training Consultant, you will be tasked with delivering sales and soft skills training sessions to the newly-hired UK sales staff. You must facilitate engaging and professional training in line with company needs and standards. You will also be responsible for providing feedback throughout the training process. By performing well in this role, you will play a key influential role in training the UK Sales Staff to ensure they perform well, on brand and thrive in their roles to represent the company. The Checklist: For this role it is essential that you have experience with: · Strong facilitation and coaching skills, · Delivering induction and training content in a commercial environment, · Previous exposure to E-Learning advantageous, · Knowledge of Writing Content advantageous. It is essential in this role that you are: · A charismatic, enthusiastic character. The Rewards: As well as a salary of up to 30,000 per annum for the desired candidate - this vacancy can also offer a quarterly Bonus incentive. On site free gym, and on site restaurant.
