Working on the frontline of customer service you are a 'people person', committed to customer service, teamwork, and providing trusted, guided and factual advice to our customers. You are outgoing, well presented and highly customer-centric. If you don't know the answer, you don't say no, you'll figure it out and get back to the customer. You are proactive and initiative driven, you thrive under pressure and are the type of person who loves to lend a hand. If you do have the experience in a similar role with a finance or banking background, great! If not, we can teach you the 'Instant Finance' way!
