Job Summary Duties and Responsibilities of a Telecom Expense Management are: The analyst has to take inventory of the telecom usage scenario in a company He or she has to calculate usage of the telecoms especially mobiles and will have to prepare accounts related to different modes of telecommunications in the company. He or she will have to oversee the generation of bills that correspond exactly to the usage He or she will have to analyze, audit and review the expense situations and to reduce the expenses will have to recommend modifications He or she will have to learn the software applications which is required and then will have to use them accurately predict expense He or she will have to ensure that all details about telecommunication expenses are documented perfectly in a transparent manner.
