Closing Date: March 11, 2020 Great Yarmouth Charter Academy Administrative Assistant Salary: £17,259 - £17,604 (£18,795 - £19,171 full time equivalent) Full time, temporary Starting 20th April 2020 We are seeking an organised, reliable Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills to join the Great Yarmouth Charter Academy team. You will be the first point of contact for parents, students and teachers, addressing their varied needs which must include providing a professional administrative and clerical support service to management, teachers and fellow support staff. This is a busy and multifaceted role whereby you will take on a variety of tasks including reception duties, secretarial and computing tasks supporting the administration team, building good relationships with students, staff and other stakeholders. We are part of the Inspiration Trust, twice ranked as the country’s top family of comprehensive schools for pupil progress to GCSE, and work closely with our fellow schools across the region.
