Due to our ambitious Team and continued growth we’re looking for an energetic individual to join our fantastic company as a Junior IT Helpdesk Engineer. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn and gain on the job experience to kickstart your career in IT. We are looking to recruit a Junior IT Helpdesk Engineer who is a hardworking, organised individual with flexibility and a willingness to learn. Your job will be fast paced, exciting you will be exposed to a large array of technology in many exciting and fast paced environment. Your job will consist of: Log/process all helpdesk calls in a timely manner and wherever possible, close helpdesk calls directly Identify and troubleshoot IT incidents/faults and perform 1st line (initial) diagnostics Escalate faults through to 2nd or 3rd line, including logging of faults to 3rd Parties and chasing relevant technical teams Setup and removal of users on computer systems on time and accurately Skills Required You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills (both written & spoken) and a brilliant telephone manner. You will be willing to work hard and eager to learn. You will be flexible, adaptable, possess the ability to multitask and have good interpersonal skills.
