Team: Onsite Recruitment Role: US IT Recruiter (Senior level and Mid-level) No. of positions: 6 Location: Hyderabad, India (ODC) Work timings: 6:30 pm IST 3:30 am IST (9:00 am EST 6:00 pm EST) Interview process: Onsite interview required in the above timings Job Description: Recruiting using job portals like (LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.) Discovering, qualifying, and establishing relationships with candidates Clearly communicating job responsibilities, company culture and operations, and community to candidates Scheduling interviews and liaising between the candidate and Technical Manager Performing reference checks on candidates prior to hire Consistently updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to reflect current candidate information, activity records and interview summaries Researching, analyzing, and presenting hiring statistics to managementGood communication skills - Oral & Written Required Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree 2 - 5+ years' experience in IT Technical Recruiting Must have an assertive "hunter" mindset Proven client facing experience, demonstrating sociability Proven experience with sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting resumes Ambition to build strong relationships and work with a team toward successfully filling rolesGood communication skills - Oral & Written Our recruiters work closely with the business team to understand a client's culture, job requirements, and business relationship . As the main point of contact with candidates, our recruiters also build relationships with them to discover additional hiring opportunities.
