We are currently recruiting a first-level Analyst for our Operations Group. Reporting to the Operations Associate of Operations Group, you will play a key role in supporting vital business processes. Considering the nature of the position, it will provide the incumbent with the occasion to gain exposure to a broad range of key procedures and responsibilities. It will also provide the candidate the opportunity to become part of the project team delivering operational optimization and scalability. Preference will be given to candidates with a relevant work experience/ internship in the fund management industry – in particular fund administrative roles or investment manager back and middle office roles. Role-Specific Accountability Operations Margin call with global counter-parties Treasury – payments, settlements Data quality checks Trading Operation Validating and maintaining of position files Preparing daily analysis or risk rules/ breaches Cash and position reconciliations Fund Admin Invoicing, following up with banks & vendors Net Asset Value review Participation and input to service calls Qualifications Recent graduate with a strong interest for a “numbers” driven work environment Meticulous regarding details Advanced skills with Excel Strong ability to manage priorities Comfortable in a high-growth environment Autonomous with the ability to ask questions when needed Ability to work independently or collaboratively with a global team (risk, compliance, legal, operations, investor relations) and to embrace a variety of issues; Excellent organizational skills Outgoing, collaborative and excellent communication skills
