Formulation and Implementation of Recruitment/Sourcing strategies. Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications and skillsets as per requirements. Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search technique skills.
