Graduate sales executive Geelong Full-time, permanent Salary: Competitive, + generous commission structure Start date: ASAP I’m working with a client who are very well known in the global engineering world, and they are currently on the lookout for a talented and money motivated sales individual to join their team in Geelong. A degree in an industry relevant subject would be preferable, but all applications will be considered from recent graduates who are looking to get into the sales world. The ideal candidate will be a confident speaker, both on the phone and face to face, and have excellent written communication skills. About the role: · Gaining an understanding of the customers' needs and building a positive relationship with the client · Researching and analysing potential business opportunities · Making outbound calls to clients, building up rapport and gaining an understanding of their needs, then selling the relevant benefits. · Using proven techniques and pitches to generate business · Working as part of a team to hit individual and collective targets Skills and Experience: · Recent graduate with at least a 2:2 degree, looking to start a career in sales · Money motivated and target driven · Confident communicator on the phone · Experience in a customer facing environment · Ambition to progress and develop in a growing company If you feel like you match up with the requirements, then please send your profile to us for immediate consideration.
