Qualifications: · Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course or at least 2-year course graduate · Preferably at least 6 months to 1-year sales experience but we also accept fresh graduates. · Required Skill(s): Effective communication skills, Presentation skills, Aggressive and Motivated. · Willing to do field work Responsibilities: · Acquires new accounts and upsells new services/products by maintaining relationship with existing accounts. · Generates a monthly action plan aligned with the sales strategies to ensure achievement of objectives. · Submits daily, weekly sales reports to the Immediate Superior. · Ensures that the account pipelines/mailing list are consistently updated and monitored. · Ensures completeness and maintenance of accounts master list. · Prepares proposals and other correspondences to prospective clients · Do constant follow-up on sales lead. · Nominates areas/buildings that have potential business requirements · Establishes and maintains good relationships with any existing and potential clients. · Provides immediate superior feedback on the changing market conditions, trends in the competition · Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards clients and co-employees.
