In this role this person will work in close collaboration with the ASIC design & Verification teams, ASIC Site Leader, VP, engineering leads, finance leads, IT, and other functions to manage critical projects impacting the entire product line. This individual will have a significant opportunity to impact the growth and success of next generation Infinera offerings (products and capabilities): This function will report to the Director, Program Management Managing the execution of next generation IP’s for large semiconductor designs Creating and executing project schedule in the context of requirements, design, verification, managing the communication of cross-functional teams, and managing risks associated with target plans Resource tracking and allocation using excel and other tools Will work with ASIC Site leader to enable scalability for the team to execute by streamlining project tracking through rigorous interaction with all leads and making sure there is accountability for each task Will coordinate with HR, Accounting, Legal, Chip Leads to execute on 3rd party contracts Continuous risk assessment and management through working with external vendors Continuous communication with Chip leads across sites to make sure there are no surprises in deliverables Track and report on weekly progress of development milestones. Identify recurring problems and create an action plan to address them Ensure capture and tracking of action items and follow up to closure with clarity Ensure a consistent and timely completion of all activities Develop a strong and positive working relationships will the all stakeholders based on responsiveness, clear communication, and serving their specific needs at any given time Requirements Demonstrated success in managing programs in a company which is respected for its operational and technical excellence, innovation, quality of product or service, quality of management and financial performance Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and in scope Demonstrated program management acumen and discipline Proven success with building relationships with different stakeholders Excellent communication skills, ability to bridge cultures across global sites, capable of summarizing and explaining Expertise in MS Project, Excel (VBA is a plus) Knowledge of accounting and finance is a plus BS in a technical field (EE / CS majors preferred, MS is a plus) 4-5 years of program, Operations and product management experience Experience in semiconductor, networking or telecommunication industry is a plus Infinera is an equal opportunity employer.
