Experience: 1 to 4 years Responsibilities: Work independently on complex scenarios, end-to-end regression and integration testing. Manage a small team (2-4) and mentor resources on the team Contribute to project’s overall test strategy and test plan \ Create and execute test scenarios – select the best methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for testing. Identify test data requirements and generate required data to support testing Evaluate and analyse application behaviour and data for potential software issues Clearly report issues found during testing Create test deliverables required for product and project testing standards Work collaboratively with other testers, developers and stakeholders Participate in, and occasionally lead, process improvement efforts Automation: Participate in, and occasionally lead, process improvement efforts. Automation development, scripting and execution on web applications Use knowledge of tools for compilation and debugging techniques Create and debug automation code with programming language syntax statements, exception handling, data structures, and built in libraries Working Knowledge on Selenium Webdriver is mandatory Knowledge of Maven and Jenkins integration. Good knowledge of Core Java concepts Additional: Business Knowledge: INVESTMENT BANKING / CAPITAL MARKETS EXPERIENCE ONLY. Experience in Web Penetration and Security Testing
