You will be the "face" of our company and ensures guests receive outstanding service. Besides that, you will help coordinate all operational and support activities, including van preparation and administrative tasks.DURATIONFlexible starting date and duration of internship. Preferably minimum of 3 months, starting from January or April 2020. LOCATIONS*Croatia (Split and Dubrovnik)*Germany (Hannover)*Italy (Cagliari)RESPONSIBILITIES-Direct contact with guests, providing a world-class customer service;-Support with the check-ins and check-outs of campervans;-Using oral and written communication skills to help registering guests, processing payments and explaining the vehicle functionalities, reservation details and terms & conditions;-Maintain updated information on van availability, reservations and guest communications;-Perform all the supportive functions in order to make sure operations run smoothly, including the preparation of vans;-Support location manager in daily activities; -Help verifying and preparing vans after each booking;-Support during inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition -Student or recent graduate of hospitality/tourism or any other relatable studies looking for their first experience in the sector;-Passionate about travelling;-Fluent in English and language of the location in question is a plus;-Valid driver’s license and confidence to drive a campervan is a plus, but not mandatory;-Excellent communication and people skills;-Outgoing and friendly with a social personality and a natural talent for customer service;-Dynamic and proactive approach;-Flexible personality – easy adaptation to last minute changes and challenges;-Responsible and organized.
