A) Job Scope / Role Assist Finance Manager in the day to day running of the Finance Department Responsible for timely accurate month end closing of accounts Ensure all intercompany transactions are correctly accounted. Assist in monthly preparation of financial reports To support the Finance Manager in conducting key operational activities Assist in cash flow management ie. In collections and payment cycles Assist in strengthening and improving the internal control and processes Perform other ad hoc assignment and task as and when requested by management B Key Responsibilities Accountable for daily accounts operations to ensure all books are closed and operations are run smoothly C Qualifications and Experience A recognised Degree in Accounting/Finance or part professional qualification such as ACCA, etc. Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field; audit experience will be an added advantage. Strong planning and organisational skills with sharp analytical and evaluation abilities Well versed in Microsoft Office Meticulous and accuracy is a must. Positive attitude, good personality and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience with SAP will be an added advantage. Able to work under pressure.
