The Senior Process Engineer will: Develop and drive equipment qualifications at sub-contractor for wafer processes, including plating, thin film deposition and/or photolithography equipment. Be onsite resident engineer to troubleshoot process and tool excursions (200mm and 300mm). This involves working with subcon engineers to create OCAPs, updating specs and training procedures, performing audits as required. Work with sub-contractors on monitoring the process metrics with SPC and improving quality, uptime on equipment. Required Qualifications Degree of BS in Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in a process engineering or quality position in a semiconductor company. Hands-on experience with metal plating and/or photo lithography in foundry/WLCSP environments. Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE). Demonstrated ability to resolve process problems and having worked through 8Ds, SCARs. Willing to travel for up to 1 week to other sub-contractor manufacturing locations in Asia. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint. Proficient in statistical analysis tools like JMP, minitab, matlab or excel.
