But at Impala remote does not mean distant. We offer all engineers a generous WFH stipend of £150 per month, to build out your personalised home office, or £350 to join a local Co-working space. Once you’ve set up your perfect workspace, you’ll be given lots of responsibility quickly, and be afforded the freedom to learn from your mistakes. We run frequent socials and events, and focus many resources towards building out true community and culture.
