You will use your knowledge and expertise to: Co-create social impact strategies, action plans, and impact measurement tools. Conduct research and analysis to support projects and proposals. Write clear, concise and compelling materials on behalf of corporate clients. Ensure reports, briefings, and other project deliverables are ready in a timely manner. Assess, track and monitor the development of projects and client programs. Create strong relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders. Assist with event logistics and meetings/travel schedules, and other administration as required. Must-haves A strong commitment to social change. Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 1-2 years of experience supporting a team environment. Ability to apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving. We’re looking for strategic thinkers! Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects, multi-task and operate under pressure. Strong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take action. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for change. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Strong writing skills are a must. Good to have Complementary studies in areas such as social impact, sustainability, economics, business, public policy, communications or international relations are an asset.
